These terms apply to the websites run by ImaginAItion Inc ("ImaginAItion", "we"): imaginaitioninc.com, imaginaitionos.com, thenaition.com, studios.imaginaitioninc.com and imaginaitionstudios.ai, productions, creators and academies.imaginaitioninc.com, portfolaio.imaginaitionai.com and investors.imaginaitioninc.com. By using them you agree to these terms.

Using ImaginAItion OS, buying a service, or joining the nAItion is governed by its own agreement, which wins over these terms where they differ. How we handle information is in our privacy policy.

Use the sites to learn about us and to get in touch. Please don't break them, scrape them at a volume that slows them down, try to get into parts that aren't public, or use them to send spam or anything unlawful.

Some products and features on these sites are marked as coming, in pilot or in development. Those describe what we are building, not what you can buy today, and they can change. Prices, plans and features can change too; the agreement you sign is what counts.

Nothing on these sites is an offer to sell, or a request to buy, any security or investment. nAItion membership, including any share of its revenue pool, is governed only by the membership agreement. Examples and figures on these sites are illustrations, not promises of results.

The words, pictures, films, designs and code on these sites belong to ImaginAItion or the people who licensed them to us. ImaginAItion, ImaginAItion OS, the nAItion, CanopyAI OS, AscendAI OS, TradesAI OS, MerchantAI OS, portfolAIo and our other names and logos are ours. You may link to our pages and quote short parts with credit; please ask before copying more.

When you send a form or an email, you tell us it is accurate and yours to share. If you send an idea or feedback, we may use it to improve what we build, without owing anything for it.

We link to sites we don't run (for example social networks and the services we use). We aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

The sites are provided as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't promise they are free of errors or always online. To the extent the law allows, ImaginAItion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the sites, and our total liability for using the sites is limited to one hundred US dollars.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. When they change, we update this page and the date at the top.
