Privacy

    Your information,
    in plain words.

What our websites collect, why, who helps us, and how to reach us about it. Effective 8 October 2026.

    Who we are

ImaginAItion Inc ("ImaginAItion", "we") runs these websites, from Columbus, Ohio, in the United States. This policy covers all of them:

    • imaginaitioninc.com
    • imaginaitionos.com
    • studios.imaginaitioninc.com and imaginaitionstudios.ai
    • thenaition.com
    • productions.imaginaitioninc.com
    • creators.imaginaitioninc.com
    • academies.imaginaitioninc.com
    • portfolaio.imaginaitionai.com
    • investors.imaginaitioninc.com

It covers the websites only. Information a business keeps inside ImaginAItion OS (the app) is governed by that business's agreement with us.

    What you give us

When you send a form (Talk to us, apply, start a project, a newsletter sign-up), we receive what you type: usually your name, email, and sometimes your phone, your business and a message. We also note which page you sent it from.

We use it to answer you, to set up what you asked for, and to keep a record of our conversation in our own customer records. A person at ImaginAItion reads every message.

    What our sites measure

Our own visitor counter. It runs on our own server, uses no cookies, and counts visits and pages read. It does not keep your IP address or anything that identifies you.

Google Analytics. It uses cookies to tell us which pages are read, roughly where visitors come from (country and city), what device they use, and how they arrived (a search, a link, an ad). It also counts a sent form as a goal. We keep its data for up to 14 months.

Advertising tools. Some of our sites carry the Meta pixel and Google's advertising tags. They use cookies to measure whether our ads lead to visits and sent forms, and they can help Meta and Google show our ads to people like our visitors. Our sites tell them that a form was sent, not what was in it.

Google Search Console tells us which searches show our pages. It reports totals, not individual people.

    Email from us

If you sign up, or ask us to, we may send you email about ImaginAItion and the nAItion. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and one click takes you off the list. Our email service tells us whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, so we can send less of what nobody reads.

    Who helps us

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run our business:

    • Hosting: our own servers at DigitalOcean, in the United States.
    • Analytics and search: Google (Analytics, Search Console).
    • Advertising measurement: Meta and Google.
    • Email delivery: Twilio SendGrid.
    • AI services that help us read and answer your message, under their business terms.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our sites and the people who use them.

    Your choices

Write to chuck@imaginaitioninc.com and we will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union), you may have further rights under local law; tell us where you are and we will honor them.

    How long we keep it

We keep what you send us while we are working with you and as long as we need it for our records, then delete it. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

    Children

Our websites are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

    Security and changes

Our sites use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to what you send us is limited to the people and services that need it. When this policy changes, we update it here and change the date at the top.
